Chitra Narayan Farm grows Gerbera Flowers and Organic Vegetables. The Farm is located in Thandarai Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Tamil Nadu, India.The farm is located close to Hosur. Climate is almost same like Bangalore. One can reach the farm in one and half hour's time from Bangalore by Car.
We started the Farm as a hobby in a very small scale for our own consumption.The quality of vegetables, organically grown by us, attracted neighbours and their friends and their interest encouraged us to grow more and distribute to them as well. We started growing Gerbera and Rose flowers on a small scale on a trial basis in poly houses. Here again, we received enthusiastic welcome and support from neighbours and wholesale distributors. We have now expanded Gerbera production to about 10,000 sq.ft and plan to add more as time goes by.
